Pre-Production Preparation & Material Control
Requirement & Design Confirmation
Complete structural drawings and electrical schematics based on customer orders or standard product specifications, defining core parameters such as enclosure dimensions, protection class, and component configuration.
Raw Material & Component Procurement
Procure cold-rolled steel/stainless steel/engineering plastics (for enclosures), industrial sockets/circuit breakers/fuses (electrical components), and sealing strips/wires (auxiliary materials), ensuring compliance with GB/IEC standards.
Incoming Quality Control
Conduct quality inspections on all materials, including thickness measurements and component performance tests; reject non-conforming materials and return to suppliers.
Enclosure Fabrication & Forming
Sheet Cutting & Stamping
Cut, bend, and punch metal sheets using CNC/laser equipment; plastic enclosures are injection-molded, ensuring precise hole positioning and burr-free edges.
Welding & Grinding (Metal Enclosures)
Weld joint areas and grind welds to achieve a smooth surface, eliminating the risk of sharp edges causing injury.
Surface Treatment
Metal enclosures undergo acid pickling and phosphating for rust removal, followed by electrostatic powder coating/painting and high-temperature curing; stainless steel enclosures may be directly brushed to enhance corrosion and wear resistance.
Protection Structure Assembly
Install sealing strips and waterproof breather valves to ensure the enclosure meets the designed protection class (e.g., IP44/IP54/IP67).
Internal Electrical Assembly
Component Pre-Processing
Cut and strip wires, mark wire numbers, pre-assemble circuit breakers and terminals, and plan harness routing.
Fixing & Wiring
Fix sockets, circuit breakers, and other components per drawings; wire connections are standardized with insulation protection, and harnesses are organized with cable ties for clear identification and easy maintenance.
Assembly Self-Inspection
Assemblers self-inspect against drawings to verify component models, correct wiring, and check for short circuits or damage risks.
Testing & Quality Inspection
Electrical Performance Testing
Perform continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and withstand voltage testing; simulate operating conditions to test switch functionality and socket insertion/removal.
Appearance & Protection Testing
Inspect enclosure coatings and labels; conduct spray/dust tests to verify compliance with waterproof and dustproof ratings.
Final Quality Control
The QC department issues inspection reports; qualified products are labeled and stored, while non-conforming products are returned for rework until compliance.
Packaging & Shipping
Cleaning & Labeling
Clean the interior and exterior of enclosures, affix product nameplates with model, specifications, production batch number, etc.
Packaging
Wrap products in bubble foam/pearl cotton, pack into cartons with manuals and certificates, seal, and affix shipping labels.
Warehousing & Shipping
Manage finished goods inventory with batch records; arrange shipping per orders to ensure on-time delivery.
After-Sales & Traceability
Production Records & Traceability
Maintain records of raw materials, production, and quality inspection data for each batch to enable quality traceability.
Customer Service
Provide installation guidance, maintenance services, and track customer feedback to continuously improve products.
